Terms and Conditions

1. Method of Entry
- To enter this competition you must reside in the Perth metropolitan area.  Register online at www.recswim.com.au and become a Recswim member for your chance to win.

2. Duration of Promotion
- The competition starts  from Sunday 14th March 2010 and will close on 5pm Wednesday 17th March 2010 AWST.

3. Details of Prize and Prize Value
- Prize – the chance to win one (1) of two (2) overnight stays in an Urban Room at the Holiday Inn Burswood.  Conditions apply
- The winner will drawn from the people who register during the competition dates..
- Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is taken for the variation in the value of the prize.
- The prize includes one overnight stay in an Urban Room at Holiday Inn Burswood only.  Breakfast or any extras are not included.
- The prize is redeemable with Motive Travel and Recswim and is only valid until Sep 30 2010.

4. Date, time and Place of Draw
- The draw will be conducted on the Thursday 18th March 2010 at 12pm AWST at Level 1, Beatty Park, Vincent Street, North Perth 6006.

5. Results
- The winner will be notified by telephone or email on the 18th March 2010. A voucher will then be dispatched by registered mail advising the winner on how to claim their prize.
- Judges decision is final.

7. Conditions of Entry
- Register online at www.recswim.com.au to become a Recswim member between 14 – 17th March 2010 to be included in the draw.
- Receipt of the membership payment of $25.00 is a condition of eligibility to win..
- Only one registration per person will be accepted.
- Registrations must be received during the promotional period.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected registrations or for any failure in acceptance of the Registration fee whether that failure is due to electronic payment gateway failure or any other circumstance..
- All entries will be judged by a Swimming WA representative. Judges decision is final and no discussions will be entered into.
-  Registrations must be online to be eligible for the prize.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
- Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter and any request to update  any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
- It is a condition of entry that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.

8. Participants
- Swimming WA/Recswim directors, management, employees and their immediate families are not eligible for inclusion in this competition..
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or incurred costs whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Unclaimed Prize
- After every reasonable effort, if the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner or if the prize goes unclaimed it will not be redrawn.
