| Apr Wed 28, 2010 - 6:00 PM - Recswim Workshop Recswim will be holding the 1st workshop for 2010 on Wednesday 28th April from 6-7:45pm at Bold Park Aquatic Centre. The workshop will include a talk from Perth Integrated Health Clinic Exercise Physiologist who will discuss performance enhancement through training, warming up and nutrition and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. After the presentation will be a one hour pool session conducted by a professional swimming coach who will take you through skills and drills and give you specific feedback on your stroke. Workshops Costs Recswim Members - $10.00 Recswim member who brings along a Non-Recswim member - Free Non Members - $25 and includes a yearly Recswim membership and participation in the workshop. | May Sun 2, 2010 - 2010 Lake Argyle Swim The 2010 Lake Argyle Swim is confirmed to run on Sunday 2nd May 2010. With the high level of interest in the event from across Australia and around the world this year's swim looks to be the biggest yet with an anticipated 100+ swimmers competing. Anyone can enter as either an individual or team, choosing either the 10km or 20km swim route.
